Two part HDPE mouldings with CNC manufactured inner foam cores seam welded and produced for the laboratory research industry. These items are designed to work at minus70deg C. Accurate control over post forming shrinkage and distortion played a major part in the success of this project.

2 part replica land mine casing for training purposes. Just one of a range, these were produced in 5.0mm ABS and both halves had to fit together perfectly with little evidence of the join. This was achieved with a hidden routed rebate to allow an almost invisible friction fit solvent joint to be made.
2 part enclosure produced in ABS for the medical industry. A clear PETG cover (not shown) is also produced. These high definition mouldings incorporate label recesses and a range of holes and apertures are drilled and routed to accept the electronics and control switches.
